What are your delivery options?
 
Your goods will be delivered via a signed for courier service.  Existing stock will be despatched within 7 days of ordering.  New dress orders will take 12-14 weeks.

Right to Cancel

 
You have a right to cancel your order of current stock up until the point of despatch from Whimsical Bride.  At the point of despatch, the purchase is complete.  With new orders, if you require to cancel [outwith 7 days], 50% will be refunded, as payment is necessary for the designer who received the order. 
How do I track my order?
We will share postal courier tracking numbers with our customers via email, allowing them to follow the progress of their exciting purchase.

 
Do you provide International delivery?

 

We offer free delivery in the UK and we are happy to quote on an individual 

What is your returns policy?

All sale items are stock samples and may have minor wear indicators.  A detailed description of any such indicators will be provided via the website.  These items will be sold as per the images and descriptions and are deemed non-returnable.

Of course, in the unlikely event of any unexpected faulty item, this will be refunded in full.  Returns can be made at the customer's expense and we would respectfully ask that the item(s) be returned in the same condition.
