Rachel Simpson

At Rachel Simpson they’re passionate about shoes.
From design through to production the utmost care is taken to bring you a beautifully unique collection. Their shoes are comfortable because they are designed to be worn, and made properly in a traditional shoe factory by real people.

After graduating with a degree in Footwear Design from Leicester’s De Montfort University in 2002, Rachel spent several years designing for a number of high street brands, before launching her own name label in 2008. She combines this commercial understanding of trends with her love of traditional shoe making and all things vintage, to create unique designs with an unmistakable style.

The idea all started in a workshop at the bottom of the garden, where Rachel first began creating bespoke handmade wedding shoes, whilst also designing for the high street. Demand soon grew, and production moved to a factory in Spain, maintaining the shoes’ bespoke look without the bespoke price tag to match! Now worn by brides all over the world, the original ethos remains central to the brand, to produce shoes which are unique, elegant and beautifully made.

Now stocked in independent retailers worldwide, the brand continues to lead the way in originally designed, unique wedding shoes. The company is based just outside Birmingham city centre, where it also has a dedicated showroom containing the entire Rachel Simpson collection.

Victoria Millésime

Founded by Victoria in 2009, her designs feature exquisitely detailed, beaded French lace set with hand wired freshwater pearls, rhinestones, Swarovski crystals and vintage components, making each headpiece entirely unique and original to each bride.
With a degree in economics, a career in finance, and a life-time hobby making jewellery in all its forms, Victoria defied expectation and fell madly in love with the creativity and beauty in designing and making bridal adornments.

Unlike the jewellery we wear every day, the accessories we wear on our wedding day are truly special. They are loved, treasured, and looked after with great care and are gently packed away afterwards, in waiting to be handed down to our daughters.

The creativity in designing bridal adornments brings Victoria much joy. Her passion is channelled through the materials she uses; from vintage pieces with their own story to tell, theatrical feathers and sequins to make a statement, to delicate vintage lace, tiny freshwater pearls and sparkly crystals.

Whether you choose from their one-off bespoke vintage headpieces or their two made-to-order collections, each piece is lovingly handmade in their studio in London.
